Booking and Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
  2. A minimum deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  3. The balance payment must be made 7 days prior to the departure date.
  4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

Pricing and Inclusions

  1. Package prices are quoted in INR and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.
  2. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
  3. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  2. The following cancellation charges will apply:
  • More than 45 days before departure: 30% of total cost

  • 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost

  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% (no refund)
    3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days after written cancellation.

Liability

  1. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  2. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
