DAY 1 - Kathmandu Arrival and Light Exploration

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed and escorted to your 4-star hotel, where you can unwind and refresh. In the afternoon, you will embark on a gentle exploration of the vibrant Thamel area, known for its bustling streets and colorful shops. Here, you can enjoy local snacks and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere. Later, you will visit the iconic Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, where you can witness stunning panoramic views of the city and its surrounding mountains, as well as observe the daily rituals of the local devotees.

DAY 2 - Full Day of Cultural and Spiritual Sightseeing

Today, you will delve deeper into Kathmandu's rich cultural heritage. In the morning, you will visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples in the world, where you can observe the fascinating cremation rituals along the banks of the Bagmati River. Afterward, you will head to Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its massive mandala and the vibrant Tibetan culture surrounding it. In the afternoon, you’ll explore the historic Durbar Square, where you can admire exquisite architecture and visit the Hanuman Dhoka Palace. Your day will conclude with a visit to the Kumari Ghar, the residence of the living goddess, Kumari, where you can learn about this unique tradition.

DAY 3 - Final Day in Kathmandu and Departure

On your final day in Kathmandu, you will enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of your hotel. In the morning, you will visit the tranquil garden of the Kathmandu Durbar Square, offering a peaceful atmosphere to reflect on your pilgrimage. You will have some free time for last-minute shopping in Thamel, where you can pick up souvenirs, handicrafts, and local spices to take home. After a fulfilling morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure, filled with cherished memories and spiritual experiences from your journey.

Booking and Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
  2. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  3. The balance payment must be made 15 days prior to the departure date.
  4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

Reservations Terms & Conditions

  1. All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking reference number.
  2. Guests are responsible for reviewing reservation details and notifying the hotel of any discrepancies immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  2. Flight ticket cancellation as per the airline Terms & Conditions.
  3. The Room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night.
  4. GST 5% will be applicable within the range of room tariff less than Rs 7500/- per night, above 7501/- GST 18% will be applicable.
  5. Guests are urged to reconfirm their departure date & time during check-in
  6. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against credit card or cash deposit.
  • Companies enjoying credit facility can guarantee by sending a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person.
  • Cancellation before 72hrs prior to arrival dates: No Retention Charge.
  • Cancellation between 07 and 15 days of arrival date: 50% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge.
  • Cancellation between 07 and 03 days of arrival date: 75% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge.
  • Cancellation within 03 days of arrival date or non-utilization of room: 100% Package/applied cost as Retention Charge.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days after written cancellation.

  1. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  2. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
